Editing a Task

To edit a task from a workfile

  1. Select View > Workfiles from the menu bar. The workfiles Search screen opens.
  2. Open the workfile, and then select the Tasks tab. The Task screen opens.
  3. Right-click the task, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar. The Edit Task screen opens.
  4. Click Save and Close from the toolbar. The Task information is saved, and the Edit Task screen closes.

To edit a task from the My Work Dashboard

  1. Select the My Work Dashboard.
  2. Click on one of the task icons. The Tasks that match the Task search group appear in the Search Results pane.
  3. Right-click the task, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar. The Edit Task screen opens.
  4. Update the information.
  5. Click Save and Close from the toolbar. The information you entered is saved and the New Task screen closes.
